New construction A/C service encompasses the end-to-end design, installation, and post-construction calibration of a building's climate control system. It involves two main stages: the rough-in (laying the ductwork and refrigerant lines before drywall) and the trim-out (installing the physical indoor and outdoor units)

Contractors calculate the exact cooling loads (often via Manual J) to choose the right equipment size.

Rough-In Installation

Technicians install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and ventilation before walls are closed.

Final Equipment Set

Condensers, furnaces/air handlers, and thermostats are connected once the home's structure is finalized.

Testing & Balancing

The system is tested for airflow, leaks, and calibrated for room-to-room temperature accuracy.
